Gun's the NEW ADDICTION!
"No mine are not toys; I know that they are not toys and will not be used in such ways or for glamour shots either. I will use my shotgun for hunting to provide food for my family. My handgun is for my own safety and the safety of my children when out in public.
I am 32 years young well soon to be 33 years young with a lot left to learn. By that I mean this is something very new to me, by that I mean being a gun owner, shooting, and going hunting. I have gone hunting but was never able to carry a firearm or hunt like that when I went hunting, I pushed. But that was years ago and many lifetimes ago too. Now that I am living in Maine I get to follow through on a dream of mine. Thankfully I've got a supportive boyfriend who has helped me drastically. In January of 2022 I was able to purchase a pump action shotgun that just happened to be a 12 gauge. I promised him that I'd be getting him a handgun since I promised to get him something since, we start dating. So, it was my mission to start saving because what better way to give your other half a special and different kind of Valentine's Day gift than a handgun. With that I searched and hunted I had a month to do so, not much time to find the perfect one and I found him a nice .45 Smith and Wesson and he carries it with him daily everywhere. I have a 9mm Tarus handgun that I carry too for my own safety of working nights at a store. Although I have fired guns before if you are new to it seek professional help to help find and get the right one. I was lucky to have my better half help me and the store where I got my guns to help me find the perfect things. I will constantly be going back for more. Just not in this year to follow, I'm tapped out for buying guns I need to save for ammo since everything's going up in prices. I need to get some more 9mm and 12 gauge, but I need to make sure I'm getting the right stuff since one's for protection and one's for hunting I want to make sure I get the best of my shot and don't waist ammo and well I don't damage the meat from what I'm hunting. So, follow me on my journey of owning guns, hunting and well target shooting to keep not just myself but my family safe. In this day and age, I am no longer a wait and pray kind of person I will take safety into my own hands properly and of course legally.
